Livity / Phoenix House

We converted Phoenix House, a prominent building on Worcester's Broad Street, into a 17-key aparthotel over four floors for operator Livity.

Planning permission was granted by Worcester City Council in April 2020, and the scheme was built through the challenges of that year — bringing new hospitality and vitality to the city centre.

It's a building we know intimately: our own studio now occupies its ground floor.
