Multi-unit housing, planning-led development, feasibility studies and visual material for landowners, developers and investors.
In the spotlight

Hospitality
A bold restaurant identity designed to stand apart in Worcester and Birmingham.
Worcester
Phoenix House transformed into Livity aparthotel, with our own studio at street level.
About the Practice
Founded by Nick Carroll RIBA in 2006, we're a chartered practice of architects, urban designers and development consultants based on Broad Street in the heart of Worcester — in a building we designed ourselves.
From the Grand Designs-featured Endeavour house to landmark commercial spaces, we design buildings that are contemporary, considered and shaped entirely around the people who use them.
